CONDITIONS OF HIRE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)

PLEASE PHONE TO FIND OUT IF A FLAT IS AVAILABLE BEFORE BOOKING.
Office Hours are 8am – 7pm or leave a message on our answerphone when we are not available eg on Saturday mornings when we are flat cleaning.

If a flat is available it will be reserved for 5 DAYS Only, awaiting the arrival of the DEPOSIT.

DEPOSITS

A DEPOSIT of £50 for EACH WEEK is required and must be sent with the Signed and
Completed BOOKING FORM.
Deposits wit be returned if the booking cannot be accepted for any reason.
Plus £10 per Week, Per Flat for Cancellation Insurance if paid.

BALANCE.

(TOTAL less the £50 deposit for each week paid).
The balance payment is due 21 DAYS Prior to the arrival date.
A RECEIPT and KEY will then be forwarded to you.
Cheques to be made Payable to H.M. STONE. 13 Cambridge Rd, BRIXHAM, TQ5 8 JW.

INSURANCE

A holiday booking form isa legally binding contract. In your own interest, we suggest you arrange insurance for both Cancellation and Personal Property.

We can offer CANCELLATION ONLY INSURANCE at £10 per Week per Flat.

CANCELLATION

Deposits paid will act as booking fees and therefore will be forfeited in the event of Cancellation. The balance payable will be waived ONLY if we are able to re-let the flat or the £10 Per week Cancellation Insurance has been paid.

ARRIVAL

The Flat will be available by 5PM (Subject to how much cleaning is needed.)

DEPARTURE

The Property MUST be VACATED by 10am.

CLEANING

You will find the flat clean and tidy. Please ENSURE that it is left the same way!!

WET SUITS are NOT allowed in the flats.

ANY ADDITIONAL Guests MUST be verified by Mrs Stone BEFORE ARRIVAL. (Fire Safety etc.)

PERSONAL

The Owners of the premises shall not be liable to any person for any injury or loss or
damage that occurs On or to the Property however caused or sustained.

DAMAGE

The Hirer will be responsible for ANY loss or damage to the Property or contents and ;
must report and make good any such loss or damage before leaving

PETS

Well-behaved pets are very welcome FREE. Please record details on the booking form.
The Hirer must Guarantee they are fully house trained and kept under control at all times.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED on THE FURNITURE and ARE NOT To BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
